Information on your property becomes available to over 125 Realtors throughout Door County by publication in the biweekly MLS guide as well as instant computer service.

Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin – MLS (RANW)
RANW is the result of a merger among Boards of realtors extending from Green Bay to Fond du Lac including all the Fox Valley and several counties to the west. Your property description becomes available to over 1400 Realtors via this MLS and the computer.

Your property will automatically appear on the internet at www.realtor.com, also on www.thinkdoorcounty.com which we advertise heavily.

We promote our listings monthly in the Door County Real Estate Guide and the Door County Homes and More.

Newspaper Advertising
Regular newspaper promotion is provided in the Door County Advocate, Door Reminder, and Green Bay Press Gazette as well as other newspapers outside the local area such as the Chicago Daily Record Herald.

Signs
Prospective Buyers will be aware that your property is on the market through the use of our yard signs, where allowed. We also will place a talking house in your home which has a recorded message about the property included price and all of our phone numbers where we can be reached including weekends and evenings.

Open Houses
With your consent, open houses will be held periodically.
